3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service including Multi-Agent Collaboration features
  • Process your code through Gemini 3 Pro and other AI models for Agent Autonomy
  • Generate Artifacts including Browser Recordings, Code Diffs, and Implementation Plans
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve agent performance
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

4. Code and Data Processing

4.1 Your Code Remains Yours

You retain all rights to your source code and project data. We do not claim ownership of any code processed through our Service.

4.2 AI Model Training

We do NOT use your code to train AI models without explicit consent. Your code is processed in real-time for generating responses and is not stored permanently for training purposes unless you opt-in to our improvement program.

4.3 Sandboxed Environment

All agent operations occur in a Sandboxed Environment with strict isolation. Agents cannot access your host system, personal files outside the workspace, or network resources without explicit permission.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 Third-Party AI Providers

We share your code with third-party AI providers (Google for Gemini 3 Pro, Anthropic for Claude Sonnet 4.5) to power agent functionality. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

5.2 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our Service (hosting, analytics, customer support). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

  • Billing Records: 7 years for tax and legal compliance
