1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Google Antigravity's Agent-First Platform ("Service"), including our Electron Application, VS Code Fork, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Google Antigravity provides an AI-powered development platform featuring:

  • Agent-First Platform: Autonomous agents for code generation, debugging, and workflow automation
  • Multi-Agent Collaboration: Specialized agents working together on complex tasks
  • Artifact Transparency System: Browser Recordings, Code Diffs, Implementation Plans, and more
  • Gemini 3 Pro Integration: Access to state-of-the-art AI models
  • Cross-Surface Capabilities: Context sharing across desktop, web, and mobile
  • Zero-Config API Testing: Automatic endpoint detection and testing

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and current registration information

3.3 Business Accounts

If registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

  • Generate, edit, and analyze source code
  • Automate development workflows using Natural Language Commands
  • Test APIs and debug applications
  • Collaborate with AI agents on software projects

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to develop malicious software (malware, viruses, ransomware)
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the Service
  • Bypass security measures or access restrictions
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download excessive amounts of data
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the Service to violate intellectual property rights
  • Generate code that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive tasks

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Code

You retain all rights to code and content you create or upload. We claim no ownership over your source code, project files, or generated artifacts. You grant us a limited license to process your code for providing the Service.

5.2 Our Platform

The Service, including our Electron Application, VS Code Fork, agent architecture, and all related technology, is owned by Google Antigravity and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.3 Agent-Generated Code

Code generated by our agents belongs to you. However, we do not guarantee that generated code is free from third-party rights or that it does not infringe on any patents or copyrights. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable licenses.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Pricing is available at/pricing.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6.3 Free Trials

Free trials are for evaluation purposes only. We may require payment information upfront and will charge your account automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Agent Autonomy Limitations

While our agents provide autonomous functionality, they may produce incorrect, incomplete, or suboptimal results. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all agent-generated code before deployment.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOGLE ANTIGRAVITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities in agent-generated code
  • Third-party actions, including AI model providers

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.3 Code Quality Disclaimer

Agent-generated code may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or performance issues. Features like Zero-Config API Testing, Artifact Transparency System, and Implementation Plans are provided for convenience but do not guarantee correctness or security.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Google Antigravity harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Code generated using the Service

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Payment is past due
  • We are required to do so by law

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain data according to our Privacy Policy. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

12.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes or breaches of confidentiality.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Google Antigravity
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to affiliates or successors
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control
